The BP-1 comes with a find edge AUS 8 blade with a satin finish. The other blade is a v-cutter perfect for cutting seatbelts or opening boxes. Both blades are spring loaded and ready to come out in a split second when the user initiates the thumbstud. Both of the lockback blades have their own safety switch on the spine to prevent accidental opening.
